Return Period - We offer a 30-day return period. This period starts from
the moment you receive the product. Please note that the return must be
sent to us within this period.
Return Conditions - All items must be returned in resalable condition,
unused and with tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For any type of active promotion, we do not normally exchange any type
of product due to the associated costs. However, we do not want the

Return Costs - Returns are at your expense, depending on the carrier and the country
from which you return the package.
Return processing Time - If you indicate that you wish to exchange a product when
registering your return, we will begin processing it immediately. However, it may take up to 30 days. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process a new order with our supplier. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification.
